Ordered the wrong shade? Not the right match for your hair? We understand that mistakes happen, which is why Likemoon strives to make the return and exchange process as seamless as possible. If you’re not fully satisfied with a product for any reason, reach out to our customer support team via email, live chat, or social media to initiate a return or exchange.

 

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product due to our error, it must be reported immediately. We will replace it with the same item. To process an exchange, please email us at support@likemoon.com.

 

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the original buyer had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Refund Process

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Online payment refunds may take 10-14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) payments will be refunded via Vodafone Cash, bank transfer, or a gift card that can be used for future purchases on our website.

 

Refunds for Promotional Items

For purchases made through special offers such as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free,” “Buy 1 Get the 2nd at a Discounted Price,” or any similar promotions, the following conditions apply:

  • If you return the purchased item, you must also return the free or discounted item.

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for the full set of items included in the promotion. If any item from the promotion is missing or not returned, the refund or exchange will be processed based on the value of the returned items, excluding the free or discounted item.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified period.
