These terms and conditions apply to the Like Moon contest titled “Shop and You Could Win a 1,000 EGP Shopping Coupon,” running from May 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time based on surrounding circumstances or any consequences that may affect the campaign.

2. The company reserves the right to cancel the contest for any reason.

3. To be eligible for the contest, participants must:

a. Visit the company's website and complete a full purchase, selecting a payment method.

b. Receive their order.

c. Create a personal account on the Like Moon website, ensuring accurate information is provided to receive the shopping coupon in their website wallet. The coupon serves as a shopping credit usable at any time on the website.

d. There is no minimum order value; however, shopping coupons will be awarded as follows:

i. The top 50 highest-value orders will each receive a 1,000 EGP coupon directly credited to their website wallet.

ii. The next 100 highest-value orders will each receive a 500 EGP coupon directly credited to their website wallet.

iii. The following 100 highest-value orders will each receive a 200 EGP coupon directly credited to their website wallet.

Please ensure the following:

1. Participants must sign up for a personal account on the website with accurate information.

2. Participants must follow Like Moon's accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

3. Participants must receive their order and pay its full value.

- If an order is returned and refunded, the participant's entry into the contest is automatically canceled. In cases of order returns or exchanges, the final order value will be recalculated.

- Employees of Like Moon and their second-degree relatives (siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and equivalent relations) are not eligible to participate in any contest.
- Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian (and provide Like Moon with details of this consent if requested). The parent or legal guardian must represent the minor in all contest-related activities that the minor cannot legally undertake. Failure to provide proper representation may result in the disqualification of the minor from the contest or revocation of any awarded prize. Like Moon reserves the right to request legal documentation to verify the representation of the minor.

تطبق هذه الشروط والاحكام على المسابقة الخاصة بلايك موون اللتي تم تسميتها “اشتري وممكن تكسبي كوبون مشتريات ب ١٠٠٠ جنيه مصري) واللتي تبدا من ١ مايو ٢٠٢٥ وتنتهي في ٣٠ يونيو ٢٠٢٥
الشروط والاحكام:
١- من حق الشركة تغيير الشروط في اي وقت طبقا للظروف المحيطة او اي تبعيات قد تلحق الحملة
٢- من حق الشركة ان تقوم بالغاء المسابقة لاي سبب
٣- لكي تنطبق شروط ومواصفات المسابقة على المستخدم او المشترك يجب مراعاة التالي:
أ- ان يقوم المستخدم بالدخول على موقع الشركة وعمل عملية شراء كاملة من خلال الموقع وتحديد وسيلة من وسائل الدفع
ب- ان يقوم المستخدم باستلام الاوردر الخاص به
ج- ان يقوم المستخدم بانشاء حساب خاص به على موقع لايك موون كي يصبح مستخدم دائم وان يسجل بيناته بطريقة صحيحة لكي يصبح قادر على استلام كوبون المشتريات في محفظته الخاصة على الموقع، حيث ان الكوبون عبارة عن رصيد مشتريات يمكن للمستخدم استخدامه في اي وقت كمشتريات من الموقع نفسه
د- لا يوجد قيمة محددة للأوردر ولكن يتم تسليم كوبونات المشتريات بنائا على الاتي:
د-١ اكثر اول خمسون اوردر قيمة سيربحون كوبون بقيمة ١٠٠٠ جنيه مصري لكل مشترك مباشرة بدون سحب كرصيد مشتريات في محفظتهم على الموقع
د-٢ اكثر مائة اوردر قيمة ما بعد المشتركين السابقين سيربحون كوبون لكل مشترك بقيمة ٥٠٠ جنيه مصري مباشرة بدون سحب كرصيد مشتريات في محفظتهم على الموقع
د-٣ اكثر مائة اوردر قيمة ما بعد ما سبق سيربحون كوبون لكل مشترك بقيمة ٢٠٠ جنيه مصري مباشرة بدون سحب كرصيد مشتريات في محفظتهم على الموقع

يرجى التأكد من التالي:
١- ان يقوم المشترك بانشاء حساب خاص به Sign up على الموقع وان تكون بياناته صحيحة
٢- ان يقوم المشترك بمتابعة حسابات لايك موون على الفيسبوك وانستجرام وتيك توك
٣- ان يقوم المشترك باستلام الاوردر ودفع قيمته بالكامل

- في حالة استرجاع الاوردر واسترداد قيمته يلغى الاشتراك في المسابقة اوتوماتيكيا، في حالة استرجاع او استبدال الاوردر يتم حساب القيمة النهائية للاوردر.

- لا يحق لموظفي لايك موون أو أفراد عائلاتهم من الدرجة الثانية (اخوة، اخوات، جد، جدة، حفيد، حفيدة ومن كانوا مثلهم في درجة القرابة) الاشتراك في أية مسابقة.

- على المشترك دون سن الثامنة عشرة (١٨) أن يحصل على موافقة والده أو الوصي القانوني عليه (كما يقوم بتزويد لايك موون بتفاصيل تلك الموافقة في حال رغبت الشركة في التحقق منها)، ويكون على الوالد او الوصي القانوني تمثيل القاصر للقيام بكافة التصرفات المرتبطة بالمسابقة والتي لا يستطيع القاصر مباشرتها بنفسه قانونا، والا فانه سوف يكون لايك موون الحق باستبعاد القاصر غير الممثل من المسابقة او في حال فوزه وتراجع الوالد او الوصي القانوني عن تمثيله، فانه سوف يحق للايك موون العدول عن منحه اية جائزة. ويعترف المشترك أن لايك موون غير ملزمة بقبول اشتراك أو تسليم أي جائزة لاي مشترك قاصر، إلا في حال ابراز الأوراق القانونية اللازمة لإثبات صحة تمثيل القاصر من قبل والده او ممثله القانوني.
